MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
- Led the internal team to close a major construction management agreement to deliver:
- 1,600 hotel rooms
- An iconic Las Vegas-style ‘aqua’ theatre
- A French provincial-inspired garden
- Food and beverage venues
- Under the agreement, HLG was responsible for managing the construction of the largest integrated hotel complex in the Middle East, comprising a four-level podium, one 25-storey tower and one 26-storey tower within a total GFA of 350,000 square metres. The contract value was around AED8b.
