- Led the negotiation team to financial close of the forward sale of 3,058 housing units together with land and the associated primary and secondary infrastructures to the Government of Bahrain
- The Development Agreement was signed in March 2015 after 12 months of intensive negotiations
- The deal is the first of its type in the region and is anticipated to pilot a new method of commercial cooperation between the public and private sectors in Bahrain
